Learning assessment
– Create a Social Media account from scratch
– Create a post on Facebook – Instagram which are more popular among tourism enterprises
– Take a photograph and upload it to social media platforms
– Develop some basic digital content and share it through Social Media
– Create an advertisement and disseminate it through Social Media
– Some open-ended questions:
a) How to respond to effectively to customer questions or complaints (based on what they have learned)
b) What to do if your Social Media account got hacked (based on what they have learned)
c) You have just received the following email with an external link (How to determine if it is safe or not)
